His current body of work is an exploration of what Iran truly is, and his personal journey to reconnect with it. Using symbols and imagery synonymous with the region, he often includes references to historical artefacts and tapestries which are represented in tandem with his personal memories.
His works preserve a unique and inquisitive commentary on Persian history, and Iranian modern times, through the use of imagery and symbolism which is brought to life with an intentional complexity on the canvas using thread and embroidery.
