Nasim Hantehzadeh

Nasim Hantehzadeh is an Iranian-American artist based in Los Angeles, California. She studied a bachelor’s degree at the University of Tehran Center for Art and Architecture in 2007; in 2013 she received a Bachelor of Arts (BFA) from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago; and a Master of Arts (MFA) from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2018.
She has participated at the Vermont Studio Center (Jonson, VT), and her work has been exhibited in galleries such as Human Resources, Ochi Projects (Both Los Angeles, CA), the Vacation (New York, NY), Paramo Galeria (Guadalajara, Mexico), and Lefebvre & Fils (Paris, France). Hantehzadeh’s work has been published in the ArtMaze Mag and the New American Paintings, and is the recipient of Resnick Scholarship, D’Arsy Hayman scholarship, and the UCLA Art council award.
